High-quality products tailored for wholesalers and distributors worldwide.
China Loong Earthwork Co., Ltd. supplies earthwork machinery, excavator and loader attachments, machinery spare parts, hand tools, testing equipment, construction site supplies, and geosynthetic materials for international B2B customers. The following terms explain our standard process from inquiry and product confirmation through production, delivery, and after-sales communication. Specific commercial terms are confirmed separately according to the products, quantities, technical requirements, and destination of each order.
To help us recommend a suitable product and prepare an accurate quotation, please provide as much information as possible about your application and purchasing requirements. Depending on the product, useful details may include:
If a final specification is not yet available, please describe the project conditions and intended use. Our team will review the information and discuss the available options with you before quotation.
Customization may be available for dimensions, materials, configurations, colors, labels, packaging, attachment interfaces, and other product-specific features. Feasibility depends on the product type, technical requirements, order quantity, and manufacturing conditions.
Our quotation will normally identify the product description, confirmed specifications, quantity, unit or total price, packing arrangement, applicable trade term, estimated production schedule, quotation validity, and payment conditions. Freight, insurance, duties, taxes, testing, tooling, samples, and other charges will be stated where applicable or confirmed separately.
Prices and delivery estimates remain subject to final confirmation until the order specifications and commercial terms have been agreed in writing.
Samples, drawings, specifications, or technical data may be requested when necessary to confirm suitability. Sample availability, sample charges, tooling costs, and delivery expenses depend on the product and will be discussed before arrangement.
For customized products, the buyer should review and approve relevant drawings, dimensions, artwork, labels, packaging details, or sample results before production. Approval confirms that the submitted information meets the buyer’s requirements. Any changes requested after approval may affect price, tooling, material use, and production time.
An order is considered ready for processing after the required technical and commercial details have been agreed and the applicable order documents have been confirmed. These documents may include a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, specification sheet, drawing, packing requirement, or written approval.
Before confirming the order, buyers should carefully check:
Any discrepancy should be reported before payment or production authorization. Changes made after order confirmation require written acceptance by both parties and may result in revised costs or schedules.
Payment methods, currency, timing, and any staged payment arrangement are determined according to the order value, product type, customization level, and agreed commercial terms. The applicable payment instructions will be stated in the quotation, pro forma invoice, or sales agreement.
Production or shipment will be arranged after the relevant payment conditions have been met. Buyers should send payment only to the bank account or payment channel stated in an authorized document issued by China Loong Earthwork Co., Ltd. If payment instructions appear to change, please verify them directly with our authorized contact before transferring funds.
Bank charges, currency conversion costs, import duties, destination taxes, and other third-party fees are handled according to the agreed trade term and order documents.
Production is scheduled after order confirmation, receipt of the required payment, and approval of all necessary technical information. The production period depends on product complexity, quantity, material availability, customization, and the factory schedule at the time of confirmation.
Relevant product specifications and order requirements are checked during production and before dispatch. Depending on the product and order arrangement, we may provide progress updates, production photographs, packing photographs, or inspection information for customer review.
If third-party inspection or special testing is required, it must be requested before order confirmation. The inspection scope, standards, timing, access arrangements, and related costs will be agreed separately. Inspection requirements introduced after production has started may affect the delivery schedule and total cost.
Packing is selected according to the product’s size, weight, material, handling requirements, transportation method, and destination. Depending on the goods, packing may include cartons, woven bags, rolls, pallets, crates, protective wrapping, or other suitable export arrangements.
Special packaging, moisture protection, fumigation-related requirements, customized labels, barcodes, shipping marks, or retail-ready presentation should be specified during the inquiry stage. Additional materials or handling may involve extra charges and must be confirmed before production.
Available shipping arrangements may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail transport, or other methods appropriate for the cargo and destination. The final method is selected according to shipment volume, weight, urgency, delivery location, and the agreed trade term.
Estimated dispatch and transit times are provided for planning purposes and remain subject to production status, carrier schedules, customs procedures, port conditions, weather, and other factors outside the manufacturer’s direct control. China Loong Earthwork Co., Ltd. will provide available shipping information and documents according to the confirmed order arrangement.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate consignee details and any destination-specific documentation requirements before shipment. Import licenses, customs clearance, duties, taxes, local inspections, and destination charges are allocated according to the agreed trade term.
Buyers should inspect the shipment promptly upon arrival. Before signing for visibly damaged cargo, note the condition on the carrier’s receipt where possible and take clear photographs of the external packaging, labels, damaged areas, and overall shipment.
Any concern regarding quantity, specification, damage, or missing items should be reported without unnecessary delay. Please provide the order or invoice number, product details, photographs, videos where useful, packing information, and a clear description of the issue. Keeping the original packaging and affected goods will assist with investigation and any carrier claim.
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted in writing. Acceptance depends on the production stage, procurement status, customization work, and shipping arrangements. Costs already incurred for materials, tooling, production, packaging, documentation, or logistics may be chargeable.
Customized, specially produced, branded, or non-standard products may not be eligible for cancellation or return after production has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our team provides post-delivery communication for product identification, installation or use-related questions, spare-part matching, and reported quality concerns. The type of support available depends on the product, the agreed order specifications, and the nature of the issue.
When contacting us, please include the order number, product model, batch or label information where available, photographs or videos, operating conditions, and a detailed description of the concern. We will review the supplied information and discuss an appropriate response based on the confirmed order terms and investigation results.
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for the intended equipment, project conditions, installation method, and local regulatory requirements. Machinery, attachments, spare parts, geotextiles, geogrids, geocells, geomembranes, erosion-control products, and testing equipment should be installed, operated, and maintained by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with applicable instructions and safety practices.
All final specifications, prices, payment terms, production arrangements, and delivery conditions are governed by the written quotation, pro forma invoice, sales agreement, or other documents confirmed for the individual order. If there is any difference between this general ordering guide and an order-specific written agreement, the confirmed order-specific agreement will apply.
